On Meet the Press this morning, McCain was confronted with past statements about taxes. As he tried to weave his way through an explanation of his past positions, he said clearly it's OK for the rich to pay more taxes:
SEN. McCAIN: Here's what I, I, I really believe, that when you are--reach a certain level of comfort, there's nothing wrong with paying somewhat more.
